Licensed Nursing Home Administrator by OLTC, certified Emergency Medical Technician. Annetta has been with the Cave City Nursing Home since 1989, just 4 months after the facility opened. She is active in the Quality Assurance Program and assists wherever needed.

Brenda joined Cave City Nursing Home in February, 2005.
She comes with 15 years experience in secretarial office management.
She recently took over as Administrative Secretary in October of 2005.
Carol has been with Cave City Nursing Home since January of
2005. She has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years and became Director
of Nursing here in August of 2005. She said she joined our team
because she loved older people and making them happy.
LPN of the year 2000 by the Arkansas Nursing Home Nurses's Association (ANHNA), Board Member of ANHNA, Chair of the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Sub-Committee. Debbie has been with us since 1989. She says she decided to become a nurse to be able to provide the kind of care she hoped her mother-in-law (who was in a facility 600 miles away) was receiving.

Lora has been with CCNH since 1995, beginning as a
Certified Nursing Assistant then working her way through all areas of the
kitchen. She took over as Dietary Manager in February of 2007.
Shanda has been
with Cave City Nursing Home for over 2 years. She has been in long
term care for 3 years and is a Certified Nursing Assistant. She
recently took over the Personnel/Billing Coordinator position in October of
2005

Certified Nursing Assistant, Member of the Speaker Committee of the Activity/Social Association, Chair of the Behavior Monitoring QA Sub-Committee. Lavinia joined the CCNH team before the doors even opened in 1988. She has 19 years of experience in long term care.
Pat has 5 years experience as an Activity Director. She has been with CCNH for 3 years. She is a Certified Personal Care Aide and a Certified Activities Director. Please feel free to e-mail Pat with any questions you might have.
Chair, QA Safety Sub-Committee, Member of Employee Motivation Committee. Shawnee has been with the Nursing Home since 1989. She works with her crew daily to assure the facility is clean and odor free.
